“He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;”
Romans 4:20

The Bible tells us:
“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” 2 Corinthians 1:20
The only location where God says yes to all of his promises is in Christ, and the Bible tells us:
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus…” 1 Corinthians 1:30
We are in Christ, we are in the yes of all of God’s promises- that is our reality, but we must be tenacious about what we know. In the main verse we see the tenacity of Abraham’s faith, he had an opportunity to stagger at the promise of God but instead his faith grew stronger— instead of responding with unbelief, he gave glory to God.
“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen…” 2 Corinthians 4:18
