“He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;”
Romans 4:20

Satan is a rebellious spirit, and that means he never respects authority or goes along willingly with God’s plan, and so even when he heard God tell Jesus this;
“And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:17
He still questioned what God had said:
“And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God…” Matthew 4:3
Even when Paul knew this:
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Romans 8:11
It didn’t stop the serpent from trying to poison him:
“And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand. And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.” Acts 28:3, 5
Challenges do not negate reality. When you know what God has said, and the promise that is yours- don’t stagger, remain strong in faith. Faith is the victory, 1 John 5:4
