“Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” John 14:17

Christ is your difference and in Christ, you are different: Romans 8:9
And so behave accordingly and be after the things of the Spirit- this is God’s fervent instruction to you, don’t be after the things of the flesh- things that only satisfy your fleshly desires and the natural and carnal men around you, instead be spiritually minded, seek that which the Spirit wants:
“No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” 2 Timothy 2:4
You can’t have both driving your life:
“For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” Galatians 5:17
You shouldn’t want both; always remember this physical world was made by an invisible Spirit and so if you’re given the option to choose and you choose that which was physically made over the invisible creator, you have made an alarmingly poor choice.
