“Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.” 2 Corinthians 5:16
The word of God has defined our method of knowledge; how we ought to “know”. He says, child of God, know no man after the flesh, learn not to size up people carnally. Don’t judge a man based on what you seem to know about him physically, because that which is physical is subject to change and can change in a split second:
“While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18
So a seeming nice and gentle person physically, should not make you forget that if he is yet to receive eternal life, he is doomed already irrespective of how nice and gentle he seems.
The man with God’s word will move mountains, scale through a wall irrespective of what he looks like physically. Plant all the source of your decisions on God’s word, and God’s word has absolutes:
“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” John 3:36
