“Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;” Ephesians 1:16
Faith can be heard. Love can be heard. When the Apostle heard of the faith and love of the Ephesian church it spurred him to action; he prayed for them without ceasing.
Learn to be bold about your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, as a believer, the thought of you should provoke the consciousness of Jesus Christ in others because one thing they know about you for sure is that you preach Christ. Nothing else matters.
Do you believe in Jesus? Is Jesus real to you? If your answers are yes, then he would be heard from your lips. You wouldn’t be seated with unbelievers as they despise him and you remain quiet or worse still smile sheepishly, they wouldn’t dare because they know a preacher of Jesus is there and if they do, your response should be to set the record straight with the truth of God’s word and/ or walk out.
These Ephesians were so loud about their faith in the Lord Jesus; his saving power, his love and ability to provide, that Paul heard about it from afar.
Be loud. Make the best adjustments. Express your faith in the Lord Jesus!
